Terms of Service
These terms govern use of RenewCue. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful business purposes and to keep your account, workspace data, and uploaded records accurate and authorized.
Service scope
RenewCue is provided as operational software for vendor compliance tracking, reminders, and document intake workflows.
Billing
Pricing is flat-rate. Trials, paid terms, cancellation timing, grace periods, and any limited refund handling follow the billing policy shown inside the app and the Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
You may not use RenewCue to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service operation, or upload content you do not have permission to store or share.
Availability and changes
We may improve, adjust, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Pilot-stage capabilities may change as the service matures.
Liability
RenewCue is provided on an as-available basis. Teams should maintain their own internal controls and not rely on the service as their only recordkeeping or legal-compliance safeguard.
