RenewCue is built to help small operations teams track vendor compliance documents and renewal follow-up. We collect only the information needed to operate the service, support accounts, process billing, and improve reliability.
What we collect
Account details, workspace data you enter, vendor/document records, uploaded files, and billing-related customer identifiers from Stripe.
How we use it
To run the product, authenticate users, support document tracking workflows, operate reminders, maintain security, and manage subscriptions.
Third-party processors
RenewCue currently relies on infrastructure providers including Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe to host the app, store data, and process billing.
Data handling
We do not sell workspace data. Access is limited to what is needed for service operation, troubleshooting, and lawful compliance.
